Welcome to 3D&Co! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

3D&Co is a family-run Australian business specialising in personalised 3D-printed products. By accessing our store and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Orders & Personalisation

  • All orders are made to order and personalised based on the details you provide at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (name, spelling, colour) are correct before submitting your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.
  • Once an order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

4. Production & Shipping

  • Production times are typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch of your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details entered by the customer.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a remedy.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and product designs, is the property of 3D&Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 3D&Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
